| | Description | Ten-year-old prodigy Akiane Kramarik shares her artwork, poetry, and the fascinating story surrounding her talent. Growing up in a home with an atheistic mother and a non-participating Catholic father did not stop four-year-old Akiane Kramarik from finding God. This girl's dreams began a conversation in the home that has eventually brought them all to Christianity and the world's attention. Akiane: Her Life, Her Art, Her Poetry is a collection of the best of Akiane's full-color paintings and poetry created from ages 4 to 10, along with details of her family and the amazing stories that surround each unique artwork. Already a media professional, Akiane has been interviewed on programs such as Oprah, World News Tonight, Lou Dobbs Tonight on CNN, and Schuller's Hour of Power. Akiane will be one of twenty visual artists participating in the October "Listen" event raising money for the world's needy children. Today Akiane's art is available online at www.artakiane.com. | |

Akiane: Her life, Her Art, Her Poetry Sep 29, 2008 Exploring Akiane's young life through her incredible talents is a breath
of fresh air flowing into my eyes, mind and heart. I enjoy this book over-
and-over, each time I pick it up! It makes a wonderful gift for all ages!
Amazing story Sep 13, 2008 Akiane is truly a girl that demonstrates God's miracle of life & love. I read the book in one afternoon as I couldn't put it down. This is an amazing real life story that leaves you wanting to know more about how you yourself can get closer to God our creator and experience what he has in store for you! The illustrations of Akiane's artwork in the book are gorgeous as well as the written pieces that accompany them. I have purchased this book several times and have given it as gifts to those who need some inspiration in their life.

Amazing story, amazing God! Mar 29, 2008 Very inspirational and faith building book. Akiane has not chosen this path, she's only following where God leads her. There are always going to be nay sayers about anything, specially in this world of instant information. I choose to believe that she is what she says she is, and does what she says she does, because with God anything is possible.

From the Coffee Table Book Series, #1 Mar 28, 2008 The first time I saw this book, I was on a cross country plane ride and had the fortunate experience of sitting next to a kindred soul. She shared this book with me to pass the time. And the time passed quickly. After looking at the paintings of this young artist, Akiane, I had a kink in my neck because I couldn't turn away. But it was worth it. I ordered the book immediately and have enjoyed sharing it with my daughters and displaying it on our coffee table.
Akiane is an artist and a poet and an inspiration. She believes she's been touched by God, and one look at her work will make you a believer as well.
